We're a husband-wife real estate team seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Real Estate Assistant. Must be detail oriented, self-motivated, learning-based, a problem solver, and works well in a team environment. We have a strong servant heart for our clients and expect the same for our assistant.

Must feel comfortable on the phone. Prepare correspondence, real estate forms/documents, manage email, schedule appointments/meetings, and prepare presentations. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports. Maintain and update client databases, property listings, and relevant documentation. Coordinate showings and obtain feedback. Aid in creating and distributing marketing materials for properties, including brochures, flyers, and online listings. Assist in managing social media platforms and online advertising campaigns.

Although real estate experience is not needed, it would be a bonus to have an interest in learning about our industry…and a love of people.

Regular full-time hours along with a few flex-hours…including some weekend work at times.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in real estate or related field is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
• Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor
• Familiarity with social media marketing tools and strategies
• Proficient in office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite or Apple)
• Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly (e.g., Google Suite)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with great attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Rapid City, SD 57702: Relocate before starting work (Required)
