Order Picker Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $13.36 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

• Assist with large online order fulfillment
• Sort books into color-coded boxes based on established guidelines
• Maintain a steady pace to meet daily production goals
• Follow all safety procedures while keeping the workspace clean and organized
• Assist with general labor tasks as needed

Order Picker Qualifications:

• Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts and lift/carry up to 25 lbs repeatedly
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail for accurate scanning and sorting
• Reliable attendance with a strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
• Capable of working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Must pass a pre-employment background check
