Personal Trainer – Anytime Fitness Location: Stephenville, TXJob Type: Part-Time with opportunity for increased hoursStarting Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week Job Description Anytime Fitness is looking for an energetic, motivated, and sales-driven Personal Trainer to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about fitness, enjoys working with people, and wants to build their own personal training client base within our club. This position goes beyond simply conducting workouts. Our Personal Trainers are responsible for building relationships with members, conducting Fitness Consultations, selling personal training programs, developing customized fitness plans, and helping clients stay accountable to their goals. Every new member receives a Fitness Consultation, giving our trainers the opportunity to meet new members, understand their goals, provide value, and introduce them to our personal training programs. Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one and group personal training sessions
• Perform Fitness Consultations with new members
• Assess members' fitness levels, goals, and individual needs
• Create customized workout and fitness programs
• Provide exercise instruction, accountability, and ongoing motivation
• Build and maintain a personal training client base
• Present and sell personal training packages to members
• Follow up with members and prospective training clients
• Maintain an accurate schedule and record completed sessions in ClubOS
• Keep trainer availability updated for Fitness Consultations
• Build strong relationships with members and contribute to member retention
• Maintain a clean and professional training environment
• Re-rack weights and clean equipment following training sessions
• Participate in team meetings, club promotions, community events, and occasional marketing activities

These responsibilities reflect the training, Fitness Consultation, cleaning, meeting, and marketing expectations outlined in the trainer agreement. Compensation This position offers multiple opportunities to earn beyond the base hourly rate:

• $14.50/hour base pay
• +$9 per one-on-one personal training session
• +$3 per client during group training sessions
• 2% commission on personal training packages you sell
• $15 commission for new memberships you sell
• Paid bi-weekly
• Opportunity for additional hours as your personal training client base grows

Qualifications

• Personal training certification from a recognized organization preferred
• Previous personal training, fitness, coaching, or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable discussing and selling personal training services
• Motivated to build and maintain a client base
• Dependable, organized, and professional
• Ability to motivate clients and create a positive training experience
• Knowledge of strength training, exercise programming, and fitness assessments
• Willingness to participate in club events and marketing activities
• Ability to work independently while being part of a team
