Salary: $60,704 - 100,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for 3+ years of experience as a Zoho Developer, CRM Administrator, or in a comparable role with a strong emphasis on Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting
• We need expert-level proficiency in Deluge for Zoho and JavaScript
• We require proven experience building custom workflows, automations, and integrations in Zoho Creator
• We expect hands-on experience with APIs, data migrations, and system integrations
• We are seeking a solid understanding of CRM best practices and data architecture
• We value an analytical approach with experience in reporting and dashboarding
• We need the ability to collaborate across functions and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• We require 2 years of experience with Deluge scripting
• We require 2 years of experience with Zoho Creator
• We require the ability to relocate to Salt Lake City, UT before starting work
• We are looking for candidates who can work on-site in Salt Lake City, UT

• We will own and oversee the Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM environment, including customization, workflow design, and ongoing optimization
• We will lead the migration from HubSpot to Zoho CRM, ensuring it aligns with our business processes and data model
• We will design and implement automations, integrations, and streamlined workflows to improve efficiency
• We will maintain and strengthen data integrity, reporting, and dashboards
• We will work with internal partners to turn business needs into scalable Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM solutions
• We will troubleshoot system issues and provide continuing support and enhancements
• We will identify opportunities to improve processes and expand Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM adoption across teams
• We will manage integrations between Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and other internal and external tools

Our tech environment spans multiple systems, so we need someone who understands business processes and can ensure smooth integration, automation, and data consistency across Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and other platforms. In this role, you will partner closely with Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and Sales.
