This role sits at the core of our Virtual Operations & Business Support pillar — helping busy entrepreneurs, executives, and small business owners stay organized, responsive, and focused on growth.

We're looking for someone dependable, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple client priorities in a remote, fast-paced environment. You'll handle the behind-the-scenes work that keeps a business running smoothly, from inbox and calendar management to research, data organization, and light project coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings across time zones
• Monitor and respond to email correspondence, flagging priority items for client review
• Organize and maintain digital files, folders, and client documentation systems
• Conduct research and compile findings into clear, actionable summaries
• Support data entry, CRM upkeep, and basic reporting tasks
• Assist with light project coordination — tracking deadlines, following up on action items, and keeping workflows moving
• Draft and proofread routine correspondence, documents, and internal communications
• Provide general administrative support tailored to each client's specific workflow and tools
