TRAVEL LICENSED NURSING ASSISTANT (TRAVEL LNA) | CONTRACT ASSIGNMENT JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking a dependable and compassionate Travel Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for a contract opportunity in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. The LNA will provide direct resident care, assist with activities of daily living, support nursing staff, and help ensure residents receive high-quality, patient-centered care.

This travel assignment offers guaranteed hours, competitive compensation, and a consistent weekday schedule.

SHIFT DETAILS

• Shift Time: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM
• Meal Break: 30 Minutes
• Evening Shift
• Schedule: Monday through Friday

GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY

• Guaranteed Hours: 38 Hours Per Week
• Pay Rate: $18.66 - $21.77 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification/license in good standing
• Current BLS certification preferred
• Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or hospital experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility needs
• Obtain and record vital signs as directed
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and feeding as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
• Ensure resident rooms and care areas remain clean, organized, and safe
• Promote resident comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life
• Support nursing staff with patient care tasks and daily operations

• Guaranteed 38 hours per week
• Competitive pay rate of $18.66 - $21.77 per hour
