Legacy Towing Inc has been operating at a high level since 2005 and is the largest private property enforcement company in Utah , serving over 1,000 properties statewide . Our reputation is built on consistency, transparency, and doing things the right way .
This is not a churn-and-burn operation.
It’s a long-term professional driver role inside a proven system.
Many of our drivers joined us after working for other tow companies. Others came in with strong work ethic and clean records and were trained into top performers. Both paths work here — standards stay the same.
We grow carefully and add drivers only when the system is ready .
This position exists to:
Maintain strong response times for our clients
Uphold professional enforcement standards
Support a respectful, high-performance team
You’ll work independently while being supported by experienced dispatch, organized yards, and leadership that understands the job.
Have towing or enforcement experience or are disciplined, dependable, and serious about learning a professional system
Are comfortable working swing or graveyard shifts
Appreciate clear expectations and consistent dispatch
Care about safety, accuracy, and doing the job right
Want steady work with long-term earning potential
Value independence without being left on your own
You’re uncomfortable following established procedures
You cut corners on safety or documentation
You frequently change companies or roles
You’re not able or willing to work swing or graveyard shifts
You’re looking for a short-term or “in-between” job
We’re upfront so everyone’s time is respected.
Perform private property impounds using a wheel-lift tow truck
Patrol assigned properties and enforce posted parking rules
Transport vehicles to secure yard locations (Murray & Lehi)
Follow all safety, photo, and documentation standards
Represent Legacy Towing professionally in the field

Drivers who follow the system consistently earn $70,000–$100,000+ annually .
Pay is based on experience and performance.
Drivers with prior towing or enforcement experience may start at a higher earning level , and we recognize proven ability and professionalism.
Compensation includes:
• Performance-based commissions
• Monthly company bonus opportunities
• Experience-based pay consideration for qualified drivers
• Additional hourly opportunities when available
