Job Description

Support and assist Multi-Tenant Sales Manager by managing the day-to-day activities of the Multi-Tenant Sales Department.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESActively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experienceResponsible for meeting and exceeding budgeted sales goalsSupervise a team of Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives. May also manage other sales resources as assignedRecruit, interview, hire and train Multi-Tenant Sales RepresentativesSupport of Multi-Tenant Sales staff will consist of approximately 70% field work and 30% office work.Communicate territory assignments to Multi-Tenant Sales RepresentativesMonitor the payroll process and ensure timely and accurate approval of all commissions paymentHandle employee relation issues, including performance appraisals, coaching, safety training, etc.Assist with budget preparation and provide input on marketing issues and sales offersPerform other duties as requested by supervisorWORKING CONDITIONSField and Office environmentTravel as required
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Required Skills/Abilities and KnowledgeAbility to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward mannerAbility to use personal computer and software applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheet, etc.)Knowledge of company products and services, preferredKnowledge of Community Sales practicesVision ability close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus Required EducationBachelor´s degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience required. Required Related Work Experience and Number of YearsSales experience 1 +Sales Supervisory experience preferred .5 +Telecommunications and cable industry experience preferred Certifications and/or LicensesValid driver´s license, satisfactory driving record within Company required standards and auto insurancePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Preferred EducationBilingual Spanish

The base pay for this position generally is between $57,400.00 and $113,800.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $48,000.
