Key Responsibilities:

• Support month-end close processes and review reports from property accountants
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice entry and bill payments
• Prepare journal entries and analyze financial data
• Cash reporting and forecasting
• Posting work orders
• Process credit card payments
• Assist with property budget preparation and annual audits
• Help maintain system controls and ensure data accuracy
• Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives
• Take on special projects and other accounting duties as needed

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
• Experience in accounting with a focus on general ledger and reconciliations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and follow-through
