Job Description

Salary: $126,000 - 157,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or an equivalent mix of education and experience
• Over 8 years of experience in IT networking
• Relevant industry or professional certifications are preferred
• Consistent and reliable attendance
• Occasional travel may be necessary
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours when needed

• Conduct system analysis, including defining requirements and assessing costs and benefits
• Review, plan, and implement computing systems; troubleshoot and recommend enhancements
• Provide documentation and manage project tracking; lead projects as assigned
• Engage in evaluations of new technologies related to information systems
• Support Systems Analysts and Network Administrators with technical issues
• Coordinate regional and global project efforts
• Define and update standard operating procedures and validation plans as needed
• Create project status reports to communicate progress to management
• Identify issues requiring escalation for resolution
• Offer advanced user support
• Monitor system alerts from operational monitoring tools
• Oversee activities with service providers and vendors involved in installation and maintenance
