job summary:
Our client is seeking a Senior Construction Superintendent in Pensacola, FL, to lead high-rise coastal projects exceeding 10 stories. You will oversee large-scale commercial developments, ensuring structural integrity against coastal elements and hurricane-force winds. This role requires a master of high-rise logistics who can mentor a team of six superintendents to deliver excellence on the Gulf Coast.

responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead the physical construction of high-rise coastal developments, ensuring compliance with wind and hurricane structural standards.

• Team Management: Oversee and mentor a team of six subordinate superintendents, managing workforce planning and productivity across all onsite crews.

• Operational Oversight: Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Smartsheets to manage project documentation, cost control, and rigorous construction schedules.

• Subcontractor Coordination: Direct all carpentry, concrete, roofing, HVAC, and electrical subcontractors to ensure seamless phase transitions.

• Safety & Quality: Enforce strict adherence to OSHA 30 standards and internal quality requirements to maintain a zero-incident environment.
