Senior Level Accountant (Commercial and Residential) for Real Estate Firm 

A well established real estate group is seeking a Senior Level Accountant to support a multi‑entity environment that includes commercial, residential, and occasional non‑real‑estate ventures. The structure involves numerous partnerships of varying sizes, requiring someone who can manage diverse entities, work across multiple software platforms, and maintain exceptional attention to detail. This role is ideal for an accountant who can operate confidently in a one‑hat‑fits‑all position and bring real estate accounting experience, including NNN reconciliations.

• a multi-entity group with a mix of commercial and residential real estate as well as the occasional non-real estate ventures.
• About 40 separate partnerships of varying sizes with different groups of partners so our make-up is a bit complex.
• Nothing about what we do is difficult… it’s just the mix of it with different software platforms and so many entities that requires a high attention to detail.

Requirements:

• CPA not required, position needs to be a one hat fits all role
• Software: Sage Intacct, Sage 300/Timberline, Appfolio, Quickbooks
• Real estate experience preferred including NNN (Triple Net) reconciliations probably 2-3 years experience
• Pay range 80-100K
• Some hybrid mix of remote is possible but only after first 3 months for training in person.
• No job hoppers, they want tenure in position
• Candidate should have both commercial and residential property management/portfolio experience
