Job Description

Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to help with basic bookkeeping and administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized trustworthy and comfortable working from home.

The ideal candidate is organized trustworthy and capable of handling financial records alongside routine document and letter management in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep financial records organized and up to date
  • Process invoices and payments
  • Assist with simple reports and data entry
  • Organize documents and maintain files
  • Prepare and send letters or business correspondence
  • Support daily administrative tasks as needed

  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge (training available)
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
