Job Description
We're looking for a confident, organized staffing professional to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast paced office setting and will be comfortable conducting phone interviews and in person interviews. The position will contribute to the execution of our in house solution work processes via support of the onsite account team directly supporting the client's specific strategic and operational goals. This person will specialize in ensuring compliance and coordinating efforts pertaining to recruiting, applicant screenings (background, assessments, drug testing) safety and talent records. This position is contract to hire. Job responsibilities and growth trajectory is determined by performance and business needs. Randstad Perks:

Responsibilities
- Developing and managing a talent pipeline that aligns with the client's needs and output requirements
- Participating in hiring process by administering skill assessments, processing applications, and references
- Coordinating onsite and external drug testing efforts
- Maintaining electronic and paper records to ensure effective, orderly and legal storage of personnel data
- Maintaining talent records in Randstad Front Office
- Distributing safety equipment and maintaining the necessary inventory
- Undertaking any other tasks deemed appropriate to this role, as directed by the Site Manager
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with all levels
- Proficient computer skills for accuracy in reporting and recording information
- Experience in multi-tasking, prioritizing work and effective time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent service orientation and professional demeanor
- Ability and willingness to take on operational tasks
