Job Description

Revel Search, in partnership with Sotheby’s International Realty, is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven Real Estate Assistant / Licensed Agent to provide high-level support to a top-performing broker.

This is a full-time, in office position that blends executive-level administrative support with active real estate involvement. The ideal candidate will operate as a true right-hand partner—managing day-to-day operations, supporting transactions, and ensuring a seamless client experience from start to finish.

This role requires impeccable organizational and communication skills, the ability to operate independently, and a strong understanding of the real estate industry. Key Responsibilities

Client & Listing Support

  • Oversee the creation and delivery of marketing and showing materials
  • Attend showings, inspections, appraisals, and open houses as needed
  • Ensure a seamless and high-touch client experience throughout each transaction

Administrative Leadership

  • Manage day-to-day business operations, including scheduling, communications, and workflow management
  • Coordinate and track all aspects of real estate transactions from listing to close
  • Maintain organization across systems, documents, and timelines

Team Collaboration

  • Serve as a liaison across internal team members and external partners
  • Ensure alignment and coordination across all active projects and listings

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 + years of active, licensed real estate experience
  • Active Colorado real estate license required
  • Based in or near Douglas County
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Experience in a fast-paced real estate or administrative support role
  • Strong understanding of real estate transactions, contracts, and industry terminology
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional presence
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate real estate systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-starter mindset
