Project Manager – Construction
Onsite position in Mt. Pleasant, WI
Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate $52 per hour
Minimum 5 years of project management experience , preferably in construction or field operations
Bachelor’s degree preferred , but relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience using Excel and Smartsheets for project tracking and reporting
Ability to manage project risks, budgets, and timelines
Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
The Project Manager is responsible for managing and executing construction-related projects of varying size and complexity. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to ensure successful project completion, overseeing project planning, execution, and monitoring while managing risk, timelines, and resources.
Project Management
Lead multiple projects from initiation through completion
Facilitate project planning sessions to determine scope, objectives, and deliverables
Develop project plans, timelines, and key milestones
Track project performance against established goals and schedules
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with business stakeholders and project sponsors to ensure project success
Coordinate and lead project meetings and status updates
Communicate project progress, risks, and milestones with internal teams
Risk & Budget Management
Identify, track, and resolve project risks and issues
Monitor project budgets and track invoices
Use quality and risk management tools to identify potential challenges and solutions
Project Coordination
Assign and coordinate resources for project tasks
Guide and coach team members throughout project phases
Maintain accurate project documentation, notes, and databases
Communication
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organization and project coordination
