We provide consistent hours based on case stability with the option to take on fill-in cases as needed. * Available shifts: * any 2 days a week; 8hr/day flexible (will have school hrs in the fall) What You’ll Do: * Provide one-on-one home health nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes following an individualized home health plan of care * Work closely with families and case managers to ensure the highest level of pediatric home health care. * Deliver home health nursing interventions that match your skill level and comfort.
