Early Morning Baker / Kitchen Prep Associate

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Early Morning Baker / Kitchen Prep Associate to join our café team. If you enjoy working behind the scenes to help create fresh, high-quality products every day, we’d love to hear from you!

Schedule:

• 2:00 AM – 9:00 AM
• Early morning availability is required.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake pastries according to recipes and quality standards.
• Make house-made syrups, sauces, and other café ingredients.
• Complete daily kitchen prep, including portioning and organizing ingredients.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace.
• Restock ingredients and assist with inventory as needed.
• Follow food safety and health regulations.
• Work efficiently to ensure everything is ready before the café opens.

Qualifications:

• Previous bakery, café, or kitchen prep experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work early morning shifts.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Pay: $20/$23 hourly
