Position: Merchandiser

Work Location: Nashville, TN 37204

Pay Rate: $136.00 per day / $680.00 per week + Gas Allowance

Duration: 3+ Months role with high chances of extension/conversion

Shift: Day Shift





Job Responsibilities:

• Stock and organize products neatly on supermarket shelves and aisles.
• Unload products from inventory and move merchandise to designated store locations.
• Follow the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method by moving older products to the front and placing newer products behind them.
• Build and maintain promotional displays, end-caps, and seasonal product displays according to supervisor or vendor instructions.
• Place and update accurate price tags, product labels, and promotional sale signage.
• Inspect merchandise regularly and remove expired, spoiled, damaged, or unsellable products.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked product areas.
• Communicate effectively with store personnel regarding sales activities, promotions, and merchandising objectives.
• Follow store guidelines, merchandising standards, and company safety procedures.
• Complete assigned tasks independently while also working effectively as part of a team.
• Travel to different store locations as required to complete merchandising assignments.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous merchandising, retail, stocking, warehouse, or grocery store experience is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work at multiple store locations.
• Smartphone with reliable internet access is required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, push, and pull as required.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing approximately 30 50 lbs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow store layouts, planograms, and merchandising instructions.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with store personnel.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to travel as required.
