You’ll work on high-quality, custom components using manual equipment, with consistent hours and strong long-term potential.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate manual machining equipment, including:
  • Horizontal Boring Mills (HBM)
  • Vertical Turret Lathes (VTL)
  • Manual lathes and mills
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and sample parts to manufacture components to spec
• Perform machine setups based on part configuration and job requirements
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards and tolerances are met
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including routine machine care
• Follow all company procedures, safety guidelines, and industry standards

What You Bring

• 2 years of experience with manual mill and lathe setup and operation
• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
• Solid math skills and mechanical aptitude
• High attention to detail with a commitment to precision and quality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced job shop setting
• Overhead crane experience (preferred)
• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening

Pay: $27–$33/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (occasional Saturdays)
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
