Solution IT Inc. is looking for M365 SME/Solution Architect for one of its clients in Remote

Job Title: M365 SME/Solution Architect

Required skills:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years delivering enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions with leadership across governance, security, identity, automation, and adoption.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio including tenant readiness, governance, Copilot agent lifecycle, and publishing.
• Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pipelines and ALM, environment strategy, CoE governance, and integration via APIs/Microsoft Graph.
• Advanced experience with Purview including DLP, sensitivity labels, retention, insider risk, eDiscovery, and audit operations mapped to federal baselines.
• Leadership in SharePoint Online architecture, modernization, SPFx, migrations, metadata frameworks, and governance.
• Experience with Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and automation with PowerShell/Microsoft Graph.
• Experience delivering within GCC environments.
• Certification Required: PL-900 - Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals.
• Exceptional communication skills including writing standards and decision papers, producing executive presentations, delivering presentations, and designing Visio diagrams.
• Eligibility for Public Trust clearance.

Preferred

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert and related security/compliance certifications.
• Experience leading GCC multi-tenant transformations and AI/Copilot adoption programs.

Work Site : Remote (EST Hours)

Duration: 6 Months

Expected Start Date : Immediate
