Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual business and market plans to achieve hotel occupancy and revenue goals.
• Lead and coach sales and marketing teams to execute effective policies and strategies.
• Drive client engagement through meetings, events, and industry networking.
• Coordinate cross-selling and marketing initiatives for maximum profitability.
• Negotiate contracts and manage smooth communication across departments.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and analyze market trends to refine strategies.

Revenue and Systems Management

• Create strategic revenue management plans to maximize hotel profitability.
• Oversee revenue generation through major distribution channels and catering sales.
• Ensure efficient use of sales systems and technology to enhance team connectivity.

Essential Sales Functions

• Generate and develop leads from group event planners.
• Lead persuasive sales presentations and represent the hotel in client meetings.
• Monitor sales activities to ensure targets are met and identify new business opportunities.
• Organize and participate in sales meetings to foster team collaboration and success.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Hybrid with 60% Travel
