Job Description

Salary: $42,640 - 63,440 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree.
• We value experience with business systems analysis, technical configuration, integrations, clinical systems, and business needs assessment.
• We look for strong analytical and communication skills, along with confidence in presenting findings and prototypes.
• Epic certification is preferred for this role.

• We implement, configure, test, and support complex business systems and applications, with a focus on Epic environments.
• We analyze business and end-user needs and translate them into effective technical solutions from concept through delivery.
• We design screens, workflows, reports, and interfaces, and prepare functional and technical documentation for system changes.
• We troubleshoot and resolve complex application and system issues, including incidents reported by users and vendors.
• We manage service incidents and requests while serving as a subject matter expert for technical configurations and integrations.
• We lead meetings and facilitate collaborative problem-solving across teams and capability sub-domains.
• We act as the main technical contact for external vendors and help resolve vendor-related issues.

This is a telecommute contract opportunity with an hourly rate of $20.50 to $30.50 and standard work hours from 8am to 5pm.
