Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronic Soldering Technician to assemble, solder, inspect, and repair electronic components and printed circuit boards (PCBs). The ideal candidate has hand-soldering skills, experience working with electronic assemblies, and a commitment to producing high-quality work in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities
- Proficient in hand soldering and desoldering of electronic components.
- Experience soldering through-hole and surface-mount (SMT) components.
- Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics, blueprints, and assembly drawings.
- Skilled in using soldering irons, hot air rework stations, and related hand tools.
- Knowledge of IPC soldering standards and quality requirements.
- Ability to inspect solder joints for quality and identify defects.
