Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a detail?driven Order Processing Clerks to support daily operations by accurately receiving and entering orders for a large manufacturing facility in Jacksonville, TX. This role requires strong 10?key skills, real Excel experience, and fast, accurate typing.

Data Entry Clerk Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday )

• Order Receiving — Review, verify, and enter incoming orders with high accuracy
• Data Entry — Maintain precise records using 10?key and spreadsheets
• Excel Updates — Create, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets as needed
• Workflow Coordination — Communicate internally when order information is incomplete or unclear
• Documentation — Keep organized digital and paper files for audit readiness

Data Entry Clerk Qualifications:

• 10?Key Proficiency is required
• Excel Spreadsheet Skills — must be able to use formulas, sorting, & filtering is required
• Typing Speed: 60+ WPM, with accuracy prioritized over speed
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain productivity without supervision
• Comfortable in a structured, heads?down environment
