income Range:     $94,000 - $117,000

General Summary: Develop, originate, manage and underwrite commercial & industrial loans & commercial real estate loans in excess of $500,000.00 which meets established lending requirements and provide maximum profitcapability to the Bank with a minimum of risk.

ESSENTIAL tasks AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

»Interview loan candidates and collects and analyzes financial data to determine the general creditworthiness and appropriateness of the loan request.

»Establish and negotiate the terms under which credit will be extended including loan pricing, structure, repayments terms and collateral requirements that are consistent with the Bank’s policies.

»Meet established loan production goals as well as deposit and fee earnings goals.

»Participate in community activities to increase the Bank’s visibility and to enhance new business opportunities.

»Develop analysis and Credit Memorandums for presentation and approval of loan requests.

»Monitor loan portfolio for repayments, and take necessary actions for the collection of past due accounts, as well as the annual collection of financial information and annual reviews.

»Periodically visit with Borrowers, performing site visits and to promote good customer relations.

»Participate in sales meetings and blitzes.

»Cross sell Bank products and services.

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, practice:

» Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Economics/Accounting of finance or equivalent work practice.

» 3-5 years of Commercial Lending practice required.

»Accounting and financial expertise

»Strong analytical expertise

»Strong banking and legal knowledge

»Advanced knowledge of commercial loan documentation

»Strong personal computer expertise

»Strong interpersonal expertise

WORK ENVIRONMENT :

»Non-confined office type setting in which he or she is free to move about at will.  The position     includes driving a bank or personal owned vehicle approximately 50-75% of the time which I includes exposure to the outside weather elements and moving mechanical parts.  It may include         some minor annoyances

PHYSICAL DEMANDS :

» The capability to lift 25 pounds.
