* 2-5 years of SOLID experience in Civil & Commercial Litigation
* Must be licensed in Pennsylvania
* Ability to handle complex litigation matters from inception to trial, including preparation of pleadings and briefs, managing discovery and depositions, and conducting legal research, analysis, and writing
* Experience in both state and federal court proceedings
* Handling cases from preparing responsive pleadings to trial
* Propounding and responding to discovery
* Conducting depositions of plaintiffs, witnesses and experts
* Experience required in drafting initial pleadings, conducting depositions, preparing and responding to written discovery, and extensive motions practice.
* Superior client communication
* Strong writing and research skills
* Organizational skills
* Ability to work independently
