CNC Swiss Machinist – Naugatuck, CT
Naugatuck, CT
Up to $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Our client is currently seeking an experienced CNC Swiss Machinist to join their growing manufacturing team in Naugatuck, CT. This is a first-shift opportunity with a stable company offering competitive pay and the chance to work with advanced Swiss machining equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate, set up, and troubleshoot CNC Swiss machines
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Make machine offsets and adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards
• Perform in-process inspections and verify part dimensions
• Work independently to ensure production goals and quality requirements are met
• Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvements

Qualifications:

• Previous CNC Swiss machining experience required
• Experience with Citizen Swiss machines , particularly L20 models , is highly preferred
• Experience with Citizen M32 machines is a strong plus
• Setup and troubleshooting experience required
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments
• Experience making offsets and adjusting programs at the machine
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
