Job Description Provides first-level, on-site and remote communications/network support, including diagnosing, configuring, and documenting assigned problems in a highly available health care environment for assigned site(s). Responds to communication/network issues affecting health system applications.
Job Responsibility Performs first-level diagnostic on-site and remote support for network and communication problems and responds to issues affecting health system applications. Configures network and communications devices, including but not limited to routers, switches, load balancers, and communication servers. Racks and stacks all communication equipment and performs testing and tracing of network cables. Maintains accurate system documentation. Works with service providers as it relates to all network and communication applications. Operates under general guidance, and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on the course of action. Performs related duties as required.

Job Qualification Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience. 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
