No suspension due to a moving violation in the last 4 years. Incidents/Accident: No more than 3 parking lot accidents in the past 2 years- if person has 3 must be reviewed. Will review. Warnings on PSP is the same as a ticket in their system. Terminations: No - Must be 1 year since any termination. No more than 2 terminations in the last 3 years Felonies: All reviewable - No pending charges. Misdemeanors: All reviewable - No pending charges.
