Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers through phone, email, and text
• Qualify leads based on company guidelines
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
• Follow up with potential clients
• Meet daily and weekly appointment goals
• Coordinate schedules with the sales team
• Provide excellent customer service during every interaction

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
• Reliable transportation for hybrid work schedule
• Previous appointment setting or customer service experience is a plus but not required
